Konnector long box variations allows every exercise to have more variations and challenges. The Long Box extension series becomes more expansive with the Konnector, letting the user move the arms and legs at the same time, mimicking parts of the extension exercises in the Pilates Mat Series.
Start with feeling how the Konnector changes the feedback to the body by moving the arms and legs in opposition. Concentrate on lifting the core in and up to maintain stability, pressing the pelvis down to lengthen the lumbar spine, and keeping the shoulders in their girdle.
Then, lengthen the arms and legs away at the same time. Notice how the body needs to readjust to the change in movement. The challenge is to move with fluidity through each movement. Be cautious of any shoulder, neck, back, knee and hamstring injuries.
