While Pilates certainly isn’t the only workout with which you can build a strong core, it is the quickest and most efficient way to build a core that will provide long-term results.
In addition, building a strong core helps to improve your posture. A strong core makes it so that you don’t have to rely on your back or other muscles in order to keep a good posture — your core should be able to take care of that.
