I came in with chronic pain and pre-existing conditions. The studio is not tied down to a rigorous classical format, but Michel and others listen to my concerns and adapt for my abilities for the day, all while making me feel balanced and exercised at the end of each training hour.Rebecca T.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. That means a lot to me. Second, the personalized attention I received. Michel was great I showing me around and answering all my questions.Patricia R.
I love the passion of the instructors and how my private Pilates trainer Michel supported the other trainers. I was sold on Michel’s enthusiasm for Pilates and finding the connections in the body, which is my reason for practicing.Sarah P.
