Behnaz has always been engaged in some form of fitness and movements throughout her life, including Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. But it wasn’t until she left her corporate job a few years ago to follow her passion so she can pursue a career as a Pilates and Yoga instructor. Her strong desire for helping people to live a better and healthier life and she believe in the effectiveness of these type of movements has been the main force and motives throughout her journey.
Behnaz thrives on growing as an instructor by furthering her education and knowledge in the field of fitness, nutrition, Pilates and Yoga. She is passionate about passing on the knowledge through her teaching by assisting her clients in finding the optimum and life-long mind, body and spirit health.
