She has trained with the Vagonova method and completed 2 years as a Dance major at CSULB while dancing with Leverage Dance. Then was accepted into SUNY Purchase College in NY as a Dance Major.

In 2012 she completed her fully comprehensive BASI Pilates Certification. She has also continued education with Viktor and Kelly Uygan under Balanced Body trainings with Core Align, Balanced Body Barre, MOTR and the BODHI suspension system and enjoys going to continuing education conferences to further her knowledge as often as possible.

Love Alexandra’s teaching. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She will explain until she finds a way for you to understand. She is very perceptive and gifted as an instructor. I like the facility and the staff is very nice. Would not trust any other studio after being at Konnect.Jill P.
