Meet John and Heather. Couple of the Month!
John and Heather’s Goals
Heather has spondylolisthesis and her goal is to strengthen her core in order to stabilize her back to reduce pain. John’s goal is to strengthen his core after injuring his back during a boot camp-type workout routine. Both John and Heather would also like to lose weight and gain flexibility.
John and Heather have been experiencing little to no back pain and they directly attribute that to their consistent pilates practice. They have both noticed greatly increased flexibility, an overall gain in strength as well as a greater sense of well being and some weight loss.
John and Heather’s New Goals
John and Heather feel like they have finally found a sustainable form of exercise that they will continue to practice for the rest of their lives. They are so inspired by the older clients at the studio and look forward to also being that flexible and strong as they get older. They enjoy taking classes together and look forward to trying new classes in the future.
