Konnector Seated Arms and Legs: Creative Pilates Day 6
Konnector Seated Arms and Legs on the Long Box. Using the Konnector allows all four limbs to be involved and creates instability to force the body to stabilize on a deeper level. Presentation (with the legs) challenges the body to stay straight and balance on top of the Sitz bones. Engage your core so your torso doesn’t lean forward to start the exercise and resist the urge to round your shoulders. Arm circles in the Konnector can be especially challenging as the Konnector does not give consistent resistance. That is up to you and your body to find the even push and pull throughout the exercise. Maintain your shoulders within their girdles and press down into the Sitz bones to lift taller. Be cautious of any neck, shoulder, back or knee injuries. Always starting light on the springs. Remember, the options are endless with the Konnector!
