Konnector Ladder Barrel: Creative Pilates Exercises Day 1
Konnector Ladder Barrel gives the body an extra challenge. Pulling straps is traditionally done on the long box with regular straps. The Barrel asks the body for more lumbo pelvic stability and core engagement. The Konnector challenges the entire trunk as there is an oppositional pull to each movement, while coordinating the triceps and back. Be cautious of any lower back injuries and start on one light spring.
