Konnector Ab Series: Creative Pilates Exercises Day 3
Konnector ab series brings an extra challenge to the stability of the body, and a deeper understanding of opposition to each movement. Double leg stretch is now asked for more lengthening of the spine, instead of crunching. Single leg straight leg stretch and internal oblique work requires more stability in order to keep the torso from bouncing. Start small and light with each exercise. Use the long box to raise the body in line with the reformer. Be cautious of any neck or low back injuries.
