Day 4 CoreAlign Exercises: Statue on Wheels
Statue on Wheels on the CoreAlign helps to train postural strength and awareness in an upright position. To perform the exercise most effectively, you need to keep the ankles under the head and shoulders while working the carts in unison is key.
Point Push is similar exercise that is a progression of Statue on Wheels. It challenges foot and ankle stability and mobility as it is worked into the exercise. It is wise to maintain a neutral, upright posture throughout this exercise to get the maximum benefit.
Point Walking asks the body to flex and extend the hips smoothly, all the while without losing the upright posture of the torso and maintaining a neutral pelvis.
