Day 7 CoreAlign: Squats
CoreAlign Squats challenges the body’s strength, endurance, balance and coordination. The body is required to maintain the pelvis and spine in neutral all while pressing away and resisting the body back in. Please be cautious of any knee or back injuries.
We have a variety of apparatus for you to take your workout to the next level, including a trap table, pilates barrel, reformers, and Body Code equipment.
