Day 8 CoreAlign: Squat Walking
Squat Walking is a progression of Squats on the CoreAlign. This is a rapid movement while challenging the pelvis and spine to remain neutral in a squat. This CoreAlign exercise is repeated for 30 seconds to one minute, encouraging muscle endurance and a strong mind body connection. Please be cautious of any knee or back injuries and limit range of motion to start.
