Day 9 CoreAlign: Squat Sliding
CoreAlign Squat Sliding without handles is a progression of Squats and Squat Walking. This CoreAlign exercise challenges the body’s ability to maintain neutral while moving forward and back, balance and control. Remember to keep the shoulders, knees and toes in a vertical line as the body moves. The focus of this CoreAlign movement is to train leg strength, power and endurance while encouraging aerobic and muscular endurance during correct lifting. Please be cautious of any knee, back, hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder injuries.
