Day 2 CoreAlign Exercises: The Lunge
The Lunge on the CoreAlign helps to create balance and strength, while encouraging the hip flexors to become more open. This teaches the legs to move freely from the pelvis, revealing how the body is moving through space. If the pelvis is moving to create flexion and extension in the legs, the movement should be minimized to work on the stabilization of the spine and pelvis.
