Leaning Ski Jump on the CoreAlign is a multifaceted exercise that not only engages the abdominals, but asks for stability and mobility of the upper body. Key training areas: dynamic scapular stability, upper body strengthening, core strength and pelvic stability. Maintain a strong connection to the abdominals throughout the exercise and be cautious of any wrist, elbow or shoulder injuries. Great with your Pilates Practice.
