Day 1 with the Core Align: Hoof
The Hoof exercise is designed to challenge the body’s natural gait and helps to retrain the body to become more efficient, evenly balanced and aware. It is considered a key exercise in the Core Align series, as it requires the body to coordinate the lower kinetic chain. This is useful as an observer, to understand more about the body in motion and where that particular body is moving from.
