CoreAlign Day 10: The Bench Exercise
The Bench exercise on the CoreAlign is a great way to challenge the body in a plank-like position while adding mobility and resistance. The bench can be performed in three variations with CoreAlign. All bench variations aim to strengthen the body. CoreAlign can be used to specifically train the upper body, lower body, and scapular stability.
CoreAlign Bench Flex adds in balance training. CoreAlign Bench Dog helps to enhance mobility and flexibility of the back and hamstrings. If you have any pregnant clients or clients with shoulder, wrist, back, hip injuries, please exercise caution or modify when possible.
