BodyKey Oblique Side Flexion with the BodyKey! Side flexion on the Body Key engages the obliques, gluteus medius, inner thighs and shoulder girdle. The movement comes from the pelvis, instead of the legs. This increases mobility, control, balance, length and strength all in one exercise!
