BodyKey Back extension
BodyKey Back Extensions are challenging for the body, as you need to maintain a strong core connection, while moving fluidly on the equipment. The advantages are the feedback on the pelvis. This equipment allows the body to understand where the pelvis and lumbar spine are in space, in order to encourage deeper extension and strong abdominal work. It’s also a wonderful feeling to begin in flexion and end in extension! Start with the top video to find the fluid movement from the floor into extension. Feel the whole pelvis pressing into the Body Key. Be sure to engage the core, hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs, back, triceps, and lats!
