BodyKey abdominal exercises help you find balance and strength within the same exercise helps the body to feel more controlled. Using the BodyKey requires constant engagement of the deep abdominal muscles, and opposition in and away from the BodyKey as you move through exercises. While jumping (top video), make sure your legs aren’t powering through the exercise and instead, allow the abdominal muscles to float you in and out!
