BodyKey Abdominal training
BodyKey Abdominal Training! We use the BodyKey in our classes and privates to deepen our clients practice and abs. It helps with pelvic mobility and stability, which are both important for our bodies. Using the BodyKey allows the mobile pelvis to move, but with control. It also encourages the less mobile pelvis to become more active. Both are done by engaging the abdominal muscles into the apparatus and lifting through the pelvic floor. This controlled movement is much harder than it looks, but your body will feel more connected when done!
